  • Friendly, honest and down-to-earth with customers.
  • Serious about safety and good workmanship.
  • Happy to roll up sleeves and help where needed.

Why work with Scooteroo?

Whether you’re customer-facing or in the workshop, you’ll be working with products you actually care about and people who enjoy what they do.
🛴

Work with electric scooters every day

If you’re into tech, rides, or anything with wheels, you’ll love being around modern electric scooters, accessories, and upgrade options all the time.

🎯

Hands-on & never boring

No two days are the same. You’ll be talking to riders, solving real problems, and seeing the results of your work in person.

📚

Training & development

Learn about different scooter models, servicing basics, and safety. We’ll help you get comfortable with both the products and processes.

💸

Staff discounts

Enjoy special pricing on selected scooters, parts, and accessories, so you can ride and upgrade without breaking the bank.

🤝

Supportive team culture

We back each other, share knowledge, and celebrate wins. You’re not on your own — we work as a crew.

📈

Room to grow

As Scooteroo grows, so do opportunities for more responsibility, specialisation, and new roles in-store and in the workshop.

Why work with Scooteroo?

Whether you’re customer-facing or in the workshop, you’ll be working with products you actually care about and people who enjoy what they do.

Careers FAQ

A few quick answers to common questions. If you’re unsure about anything else, feel free to ask when you apply.

Do I need experience with electric scooters?

Not necessarily. For customer service roles, we care more about your people skills and willingness to learn. For technician roles, mechanical experience is important, but we'll help you understand the electric systems.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We’ll support you with product training, safety basics, and workshop processes, so you feel confident working with customers and scooters.

Can I apply for both roles?

Absolutely. If your skills cross over, just let us know in your message or cover note, and we’ll consider you wherever you’re the best fit.

Do you accept expressions of interest?

Yes. Even if we’re not actively hiring for a specific role, you can still send an expression of interest and we’ll keep your details on file for future opportunities.
