Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that once your purchased item is shipped, we cannot control the length of time it takes to reach you.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment to follow its progress once shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Deliveries To 

WA Metro within 1-2 business days

WA Country within 2-4 business days

Interstate deliveries 7 - 14 days

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use Aust Post and local couriers as our main method of shipping.  

We post and deliver to street addresses only and a signature is required on delivery

Electric Scooters are shipped by freight companies, not Australia Post and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Damages

Scooteroo Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
