My 12yr son saved up for this e-scooter and was initially impressed with the product and the customer service while purchasing the scooter. Less than 2 weeks after the purchase the rear fender snapped and when I called to enquire about warranty I was dissapointed to hear that there was no warranty on the fender. If it snapped months down the track I would probably be ok with purchasing the spare part but less than a month old and no warranty is poor customer service. The fender is very flimsy and the constant flex with no supports apart from the main mount is a poor design. I believe that the fender developed a hairline crack from holding it up and the handle bar clip flexing the fender and then when riding it the constant vibration resulted in the fender snapping.
