Awesome scooter, great experience at Scooteroo East Vic Park. An honour to have the team there share so much wisdom. Visited store looking for a new scoot, left with a spiritual awakening.

4 stars because it takes too long to charge :( and there is always room for improvement, right?

Honestly though it pulls like a truck. Don't get caught up, like I did, chasing big numbers. Chase quality, chase after sales support. Support local.

This is upgraded from my last one Elektro Ultra Pro 8, now even bigger and better.
The only things I just concern is the horn wires close to the ground and the stand is not really strong enough. My thunder did falls one the other night.

My Ultra pro 8 is good but the Thunder has improved off road performance from a handling point of view. The extra power is fun as well. Prefer the folding mechanism as well. Disc brakes are also an improvement.

Overall, the scooter is good; the battery holds up well. It's a strong design. After 70 km, the accelerator button started sticking in the down position. I plan to take it to a service center.

I went into the store wanting a scooter I could manoeuvre and lift into the car myself. I got talked into buying the bigger one. It is too big and heavy for me. I have ridden it twice and don’t think I’m going to get much use out of it. Very disappointing. I wish I’d stuck to my original plan and had not been talked into this one. 😞
